What's My Size?

Generally you are advised to choose your pre-pregnancy size when selecting Tiffany Rose maternity sizes.

However, for silk and chiffon special occasion wear e.g. the Silk Sonata Gown, the most important fit is your bra size.

Placing your order

There are currently three ways to pay for your order - by credit card, cheque and by gift voucher.

• Please click on the products you wish to buy and add these to your shopping basket



• Once you are happy with your order, click on Checkout and you will be asked to complete our Secure Order Form where we will collect your details.



• If you are paying by credit card, please complete the Secure Order Form with your details - your order will be automatically processed and despatched.



• If you are paying by cheque, please complete the Secure Order Form and include your Bank Sort Code and Account Number in the "Credit Card Number" box. Please make your cheque payable to "Tiffany Rose" and write on the back the Order Reference number which you will receive automatically after submitting your order.



• If you are paying by gift voucher, please complete the Secure Order Form and include your Gift Voucher code in the "Gift Voucher Number" box.

Delivery

We offer a standard and express delivery service to all worldwide destinations:

UK (including Northern Ireland)

• For items sent within the UK and Northern Ireland, there is a standard delivery charge of £5.00.



• Orders are despatched and delivered normally within 3-5 days either via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Secure Courier.



• If your order is urgent, we offer a next working day delivery service (Mon-Fri) at a charge of £9.00.

International Orders

Republic of Ireland

• For items sent to the Republic of Ireland, there is a delivery charge of £10.00. Please allow approximately 3-5 days to receive your order.



• Your credit card will be charged in £UK Pounds Sterling and the € Euro equivalent shown on your statement will be determined by your bank's exchange rate.

Europe

• For other European countries, there is a delivery charge of £10.00. Please allow approximately 5-7 days to receive your order.



• Express International Courier is available for £20.00. Please allow approximately 2-3 working days to receive your order.



• Your credit card will be charged in £UK Pounds Sterling and the € Euro equivalent shown on your statement will be determined by your bank's exchange rate.

USA

• For the United States, there is a delivery charge of £15.00. Please allow approximately 7-10 working days to receive your order.



• Express International Courier is available for £20.00. Please allow approximately 2-3 working days to receive your order.



• Your credit card will be charged in £UK Pounds Sterling and the $US Dollar equivalent shown on your statement will be determined by your bank's exchange rate.



• Please be aware that local import duty and/or sales tax may be payable on receipt.

Rest of the World

• For the rest of the world, there is a delivery charge of £15.00. Please allow approximately 7-10 working days to receive your order.



• Express International Courier is available for £20.00. Please allow approximately 2-3 working days to receive your order. The cost and delivery time may vary according to the destination country - we will inform you should this be the case.



• Your credit card will be charged in £UK Pounds Sterling and the local currency equivalent shown on your statement will be determined by your bank's exchange rate.



• Please be aware that local import duty and/or sales tax may be payable on receipt.

Returns/Exchange Policy

We hope that you will be truly delighted with your purchase, but there may be occasion where you feel it necessary to return or exchange an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

If you wish to receive a refund, please return your purchase in its original condition: unworn, tag attached and folded carefully inside the tissue paper and packaging it arrived in.

For UK based customers, please return your item within 7 working days of receipt. For USA/Worldwide customers, please return your item within 14 working days of receipt.

We will refund you any money you have paid for that item, excluding postage and by your original payment method.

Where the returns period has expired, we will be happy to offer an exchange within 28 days up to the value of your purchase. We offer a free delivery service for your first exchange (UK based customers only).

Please retain proof of postage - and we recommend appropriate insurance cover - as we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in transit.

For items being returned from outside the EU, please ensure the relevant customs paperwork is marked with "Returning for Refund" to avoid any delay or costs in processing your refund. Please send your goods for return or exchange to the following address:
